Tim Cleary

Tim Cleary is Managing Director of Charles Ross Homes, a national award winning residential design/build company located in Williamsburg, VA.   He also serves as the 2012 president of the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association.  Prior to joining Charles Ross Homes, he held a variety of positions with a leading food manufacturer where he was responsible for a variety of engineering and construction projects.  Tim’s interest in residential construction began at age 10 when he helped his family renovate their 150-year old farmhouse in upstate NY.   He earned an engineering degree at MIT and is a licensed professional engineer.   Tim and his wife, Candace, live in Williamsburg along with their daughter and two dogs.
