Scot Tully

Scot is co-founder and Chairman of Landmark Management, Inc., a
company providing a variety of property inspection and property
management services. He currently manages several major
brands for LMI including serving as President of Virginia
operations for Building Specs of Virginia Inc.®, Atlantic
Exterminating Company, Atlantic Building Services, and American Mold and
Restoration (AMR). He is also the President of LMI’s Property Inspection and Pest
Control Services Group.

An engineering graduate of North Carolina State University, Scot has been a leader in
Building Specs growth for more than 15 years. As one of the original Building Specs
affiliates, Scot has helped guide and shape Building Specs and the home inspection
industry. He is a national trainer and speaker for BSI Training Institute, Home Inspector Associations, REALTOR® and property management associations and other groups.
Scot’s commitment to quality in this industry is evident through his work on national testing standards. He was instrumental in NAHI’s efforts to validate the NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI) Exam as credible, legally defensible, and acceptable for usage as a high stakes, psychometrically designed certification exam by state legislators. He has
also been instrumental in successfully drafting legislation for certification of home
inspectors in the Commonwealth of Virginia and was subsequently appointed by the
Governor of Virginia to a work group to assist in drafting final certification requirements.

Scot is a Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI), Former Vice President of the National
Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), past Board Member of Virginia Association of Real
Estate Inspectors, Founder and Past President of the Virginia Association of Home
Inspectors, Advisory Council member for the Indoor Environmental Standards
Organization (IESO), IESO Certified Mold Inspector and Instructor, Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) Consultant and trainer. He is also a member of National, State and local Pest Management Associations.

In 2008 The Virginia Judicial System appointed Scot to the York County Board for Real Estate Assessment and Equalization.

Scot has also appeared on the Real Estate Television Network in Myrtle Beach, SC as an EIFS consultant, educating consumers about exterior finishing systems.
