Jim has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, having graduated from Christopher Newport University in 1988 with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentration in Finance. Over the years he has built a loyal following of real estate agents and clients who trust him to give them the best service and products available in the industry today. Jim can offer you all types of mortgage loans, such as Conventional, VA and FHA loans, including the 203K rehab loan and others. A large number of his clients are 1st time homebuyers and he has excellent programs for them. Jim actively teaches homebuyers and real estate agents in the basics of mortgage lending and is a certified trainer for VHDA, the Virginia Housing Development Authority. His lovely wife’s name is Lynn and they have three terrific kids, Jordan, Meredith and Wyatt. His interests include anything to do with their children and their activities, as well as golf.
